Meditation for Kids (Ages 5-9)
Help your kids to exercise their minds through meditation. A mental skill that helps everyone to be more relaxed, focused, and self-aware.
Kids aren’t too young to begin!
Ages: 5-9 (Feb. 6, Feb. 20)
Activities: mindful games, yoga, positive sharings, and meditation
Our instructor is Katherine who join one year meditation facilitator training program in Thailand. She received her M.A. in TESOL from UMBC.
