Join our Wednesday meditation session on facebook live. The purpose of this session is to introduce middle way meditation to beginner who never meditate with us before and/or who have learned meditation technique from other’s establishments.  The buddhist monk will give a guided meditation for 40 minutes. At the end of meditation session, you can send message to ask your question or comment and our monk will answer it to you.

Schedule

5:00 pm – 5:15 pm  Dhamma talk (15 minutes)

5:15 pm – 5:55 pm Guided meditation (40 minutes)

5:55 pm – 6:10 pm  Discussion (15 minutes)
