One Day Retreat

Saturday August 11

Meditation Center of D.C. will organize a 1-day meditation program. It aims to provide better understanding of meditation and its benefits on numerous aspects. You will also find out more about how to live a fullest and balanced life.

Teaching Monk: Ven. Pasura Dantamano

This retreat is suitable for beginner, occasional or experienced meditators. Age 17 years and older

The course is free of charge. Your generous donation is welcome, so that we can continue providing the opportunities to share peace to many others.

Thai food and refreshment will be served.

What to bring

Dress in white or light-colored clothing that allows you to comfortably sit and stretch. If you have your favorite meditation cushion, please feel free to bring it in. Should you want to do the walking meditation, please bring your walking shoe.
