One-Day Meditation Retreat

9 AM- 4:30 PM

Join us to practice meditaion and deepen your experience. Our senior monk will give a wisdom talk on how to balance your life in the real world. Q&A is an open discussion with monk on meditation obstacle. 

Eligibility

This retreat is suitable for beginner, occasional or experienced meditators.  Age 18 years and older

09:00 AM  Orientation & Stretching Exercise

09:20 AM  Meditation I

10:00 AM  Group discussion

10:30 AM Break time

10:45 AM  Meditation II

11:30 AM  Lunch Time  (**We provide lunch for you**)

12:30 PM  Walking Meditation

01:30 PM  Meditation III

02:15 PM  Group discussion 

02:45 PM Break time

03:00 PM Dharma Talk

03:30 PM  Meditation IV

04:30 PM  End of Program

Suggested donation

$20 Cash and Zelle is accepted. Your donation will be used for providing the meditation session to you and many others.

Meals

Thai food and refreshment will be served.

PS. If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your meals.

What to do before you attend the program?

We suggest you join our Saturday meditation session first to learn about the technique. For those who attended the session before, we suggest you to practice meditation regulary to be ready for this retreat.

This program is by reservation only. Space is limited. If you make reservation and cannot come, please let us know. So we can give the space to others in the waiting list.
